For the first time nakasama ko si Nhel sa pag-wo-workout doing HIPHOP Abs program by Shaun T. We did “Hips, Buns and Thighs” exercise for 25 minutes. Cute ni Nhel 🙂 🙂 :), it’s not just a fat burning cardio, you can also learn how to dance coz it is a dance exercise, cool diba??
